Consultant Services
OnCall DBA consultants are hand-picked and all offer a wealth of real world production level experience as well as the highest levels of vendor certifications. These include Oracle Certified Professionals and Oracle Certified Masters as well as many other Oracle Partner qualifications and competencies.
OnCall DBA maintains very close partner relationships with several other Perth based companies so that they can be called upon to provide subject matter specialists in non-database areas including NetApp Storage, Apex development, and EBS functional development and support. OnCall DBA are recognised by multi-national ISV companies such as Ascender Pay and Agfa as a database service provider of choice.
OnCall DBA is very experienced in database Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity services, and architecture design. These systems include Oracle Data Guard and Oracle RAC.
The size of the Support team employed by OnCall DBA for our existing portfolio of Remote Support and onsite clients allows us to provide continuity of services for our customers. OnCall DBA has been in business since 1997 providing a very high standard of Database Administration Services.
OnCall DBA only employs senior DBAs and encourages the completion of vendor recognised certifications. No offshore resources are utilised by OnCall DBA to deliver their Support services. All of our DBAs have very strong and proven technical skills and are all locally based in Australia. They are capable of working independently for our remotely supported clients, as well as part of a team structure when on a customer site performing project and business as usual (BAU) support.
OnCall DBAs current client list ranges from small ISVs running a single production database on AWS for Oracle, to multinational companies where we provide administration and architectural design on high end Exadata and T-Series engineered systems.
OnCall DBA is a supporter of the Perth Oracle User Group, where it provides financial sponsorship and encourages its staff to attend and make presentations.
OnCall DBA is able to provide and support Oracle’s Cloud Services where appropriate to a business’s requirements. Oracle’s Integration Cloud Services offer some of the best inter-operable solutions. Oracle’s cloud services are scalable, secure and reliable.
